2 Introduction

This Data Collection Policy as provided by CVQuest is intended to Provide users with all the information that is needed to understand What Personal Data CVQuest may Collect regarding Users, how that Personal Data is Collected by CVQuest and the Reason That CVQuest Collects Personal Data from Users.

3 Why Data Is Collected

The Main function of the CVQuest Platform is to match potential candidates with employment opportunities listed by potential employers, as such both Candidates and Employers choose what personal data to share on the platform, CVQuest makes this data Publicly available to ensure the widest possible net and to Ensure the greatest success in achieving this main function.

4 What Data Is Collected

With the Goal and aim of Point 3 above in mind CVQuest collects the following Information based on the Relationship type Between CVQuest and the Personal Data Being Collected;

4.1 Website Users

Information that may be collected from Website users will either be in the form of Cookie Information (Please see our Cookie Policy), When the Website User is in the process of registering as a Candidate or as an Employer (please see the respective headings bellow) or in the form of entering information on forms listed on the website/s such as, but not limited to;

1. Full Name;
2. Contact Information such as Telephone number and or Email Address;
3. Contact Reason;

4.2 Candidates

Candidates register on the CVQuest Platform Specifically with the intent to find either part time or full-time employment, as such CVQuest may collect the following Personal Data (But not Limited to.) with the purpose to make that Personal Data publicly available to Potential Employers.

1. Full Names;
2. Identity Numbers;
3. Addresses;
4. Employment History;
5. Curriculum Vitae;
6. Contact Information such as Telephone Numbers and Email Addresses;
7. Financial Information, such as Tax Information;
8. Identity Documents;
9. Images;

1. Banking Information;
2. Username and Password;

4.3 Employers

Employers register on the CVQuest platform specifically with the intent to find potential Candidates for either part time or full-time positions available within the Employer’s Business, as such CVQuest may collect the following Personal Data (But not Limited to.) with the purpose to make that Personal Data publicly available to Potential Candidates.

1. Registered Company Names;
2. Registered Company Trademarks;
3. Corporate Structures and Organograms;
4. Job Specifications;
5. Salary Information;
6. Full Names;
7. Images;
8. Physical Address;
9. Contact Information such as Contact person, Telephone Number and Email Address;

1. Banking Information;
2. Financial Information such as VAT number and TAX information;
3. Company Registration Information;
4. Username and Password;

5 How Data Is Collected

Other than Cookie information (Please see Cookie Policy) All personal data collected by CVQuest is collected by the member directly entering that information into our systems for the purposes listed in point 3 above.

The Personal Data We collect can depend on the relationship between the User and CVQuest as listed in point 4 Above.

The Privacy Policy is provided by CVQuest and is intended to Provide users with all the information that is needed to understand the Personal Data that CVQuest may have regarding Users, please see the Privacy Policy

Data Usage defines how CVQuest uses Personal Data, how Users can Access Personal Data, What Personal Data may be shared with third Parties, how that Personal Data is shared and What those Third Parties may use the data for, please see the Data Usage Policy

8 Data Retention

Data retention Defines the Personal Data that CVQuest retains, the reason that CVQuest retains Certain Personal Data, please see the Data Retention Policy

9 Data Deletion

The Data Deletion Policy defines When CVQuest Deletes Personal Data, How Users may request for Personal Data to be Deleted, What Personal Data can be Deleted and what personal Data may be outside the Control of CVQuest and therefor unable to be deleted, Please see the Data Deletion Policy
