Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious, professional, and energetic Real Estate Sales Representative with a passion for client engagement and property sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be confident managing a high volume of client interactions daily, generating new business opportunities, qualifying buyers and sellers, and successfully closing property transactions. Key performance indicators include lead generation targets, qualified client appointments, successful property listings, closed sales, and overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Client Representation: Determine clients' needs, financial abilities, and goals to propose tailored solutions.
• Market Analysis: Conduct comparative market research to help sellers price properties competitively or help buyers make informed offers.
• Marketing & Showings: Stage properties, create compelling listings, market to prospective buyers, and host open houses or viewings.
• Negotiation: Mediate negotiations between buyers and sellers to ensure fair dealings and optimal terms.
• Transaction Management: Draft purchase agreements, contracts, and leases, while coordinating with inspectors, appraisers, and escrow/closing companies.
• Networking: Build a robust database of potential buyers, sellers, and referrals to grow long-term business

Core Competencies
• Deep knowledge of PPRA laws and code of conduct, zoning regulations, and market trends.
• Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, patience, and customer service

We offer the following:
• 80/20 Commission split for Private sales
• 70/30 Commission split for our development sales from Uniqon
• Desk Fees, 5% of rental income of months with no sales, months with sales – no desk fees.
• 50/50 Rental Commission split
• Starting rental book of around R 5000
• For Intern estate agents we are willing to assist with completing the NQF4 qualification.
