Job Description:

Par-Avion is looking for a qualified and experienced Sous Chef to join our team.

Key Duties:

Manage kitchen operations and staff
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Control stock, ordering, and quality
Assist with menu planning and food presentation
Train and supervise staff

Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric)
Formal culinary qualification (non-negotiable)
Proven experience in a similar role in a formal hospitality environment
Valid drivers license & own reliable transport
Must be able to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours
Strong leadership, communication, and kitchen management skills
