Job Description:

A SAIPA Accounting Clerk is responsible for performing accounting and financial tasks under the supervision of a registered SAIPA practitioner. The role is often part of a three-year traineeship required for SAIPA accreditation as a Professional Accountant (SA).

This position offers valuable practical experience for individuals pursuing a career as a professional SAIPA accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications
- Completed or currently registered for a degree in Accounting or Financial Management.

Experience
- No previous experience is required; however, the candidate must be ready to begin his/her SAIPA traineeship.
- Knowledge of accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or Pastel will be advantageous.

Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and time management skills
