Job Description:

A prestigious luxury hotel and restaurant group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Spas & Retail to oversee operations across multiple boutique properties in Cape Town.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in spa, retail or luxury hospitality operations, with proven experience managing teams, driving performance and maintaining exceptional guest experiences within high-end environments.

Key Requirements:
Previous management experience within luxury spa, retail or hospitality environments
Strong multi-site operational management ability
Experience leading teams and driving service excellence
Commercial awareness with focus on performance and guest satisfaction
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
Ability to operate across multiple luxury properties
