Job Description:

The junior designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Germsiton. As a junior designer, you will work closely with our senior designers, technical team, project managers, and fabrication teams, gaining valuable experience in translating creative concepts into practical, buildable solutions. Day to day responsibilities including assisting with design briefs, preparing mock ups and presentations, updating existing designs and ensuring brand consistency across all materials. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and suppliers, organizing design files, assets, and helping with basic production tasks such as working drawings. The junior Designer will also participate in feedback sessions, make revisions based on input, and contribute fresh ideas to improve customer-facing environments.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree interior design, or a related field is mandatory.
Proficiency in Revit is essential
working knowledge of microsoft software
ability to work well under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
