Job Description:

Junior Administrator

We are looking for a Junior Administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a school leaver who is organised, willing to learn and looking to gain experience in an office environment.

Main Duties
Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
Assist with general office administration.
Capture and update information on the computer.
Filing and organising documents.
Assist with quotations, invoices and purchase orders.
Assist with stock and order records.
Communicate with suppliers and customers when required.
Print, scan and copy documents.
Assist other staff with general admin duties.
Keep the office organised and up to date.
Requirements
Grade 12 / High School Certificate preferred.
Computer literate.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good communication skills.
Good attention to detail.
Well organised and willing to learn.
Friendly and professional attitude.
Reliable and punctual.
No previous experience required, but office/admin experience will be an advantage.
