Position Overview:

The Senior Stock Controller plays a crucial role in supporting the procurement process by managing supplier inventory accuracy, overseeing purchase order execution, controlling redundant stock, and driving Return to Supplier (RTS) processes. Working closely with the Purchasing Manager, this role ensures inventory integrity, optimised stock levels, and smooth supplier operations to support business efficiency and profitability.

• Supplier Inventory Control
• Redundant Stock Control
• RTS (Return to Supplier) – Follow-up and Control

Key Skills & Competencies:
• Solid understanding of inventory management and supplier operations
• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
• Strong Excel and system-based reporting ability
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills, particularly when dealing with suppliers and internal departments
• Proven ability to spot inefficiencies and drive process improvements
