Wedding Coordinator

Purpose of the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Wedding Coordinator to join our client team. The applicant must be willing to relocate to the location of work!

Role Description:

1. This role requires a passionate, organized, and client-focused individual who can transform wedding visions into seamless, unforgettable events.
2. The ideal candidate will be responsible to meet with client to understand their wedding vision, preferences and budget.
3. Plan, co-ordinate, and oversee all aspects of wedding events from start to finish.
4. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff.
5. Develop timelines, floor plans and event schedules.

Additional Profession:

The ideal candidate must have proven experience as a Wedding Coordinator or Event Planner.
Professional presentation and customer service excellence.
