Job Description:

Purpose of the Role:

We are looking for a Pass Controller to manage the flow of orders between the kitchen and dining area, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of dishes. Applicant must be willing to relocate to the location of work!

Experience Requirements:
3 - 4 years

Preferred / Advantageous:

This role involves coordinating communication between chefs and waitstaff, monitoring plating standards, and maintaining quality control.
The Pass Controller will be responsible for managing order tickets, addressing any discrepancies, and ensuring that all meals are prepared to specifications.

Minimum Qualifications Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric)
Experience in restaurant or hospitality business is also beneficial
