FMCG Key Account Manager

Are you a highly driven retail professional with strong FMCG account management experience?

Character Group is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to help drive growth within our pharmacy and supermarket retail channel. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and understands the importance of retail execution.

Please note:
This is not a traditional fashion retail sales role. We are specifically looking for someone with strong FMCG operational and retail execution experience.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in:
• Retailer listings
• Replenishment
• Sell-through management
• Forecasting
• DC flow
• Retailer systems
• Operational follow-through

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing pharmacy and/or supermarket retail accounts
Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
Highly operational and execution focused
Experience with retailers such as Clicks, Dis-Chem, Shoprite, Pick n Pay or Spar will be advantageous
