Sales Representative

We’re looking for a Sales Representative who can identify opportunities, connect with customers, and turn real-world conversations into lasting business relationships.
This is more than a traditional sales role. You’ll become a key part of our growth engine—representing our products, understanding customer needs, and helping clients find solutions that genuinely add value.

What You’ll Do
• Own the customer journey from the first conversation through to a successful close.
• Introduce and demonstrate our products and services in a confident, engaging way.
• Discover customer needs and recommend solutions that match their goals.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Develop your own pipeline of sales opportunities and actively pursue new business.
• Communicate product value clearly and turn interest into action.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Follow up with prospects, manage opportunities, and consistently work toward—and exceed—your targets.
• Represent the company professionally in the field and create a positive customer experience at every interaction.

• Previous sales or business development experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to work independently, manage your time, and stay accountable.
• Confidence when speaking with customers and presenting solutions.
• A valid Code 8 driver’s licence.
• Access to a reliable vehicle.
• A laptop for managing your sales activity and client pipeline.
• A willingness to learn, grow, and embrace challenges.

Sales experience: 1 year preferred.
