Sales Representative

We are expanding our sales team and are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative who is passionate about building client relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving measurable business growth.

This position is ideal for an individual who is confident in their ability to engage with people, work towards targets, and contribute directly to company success through new business development.

Role Overview
The Sales Representative will be responsible for actively growing the company’s client base through direct engagement, product presentations, and solution-based selling. You will play a key role in representing the business in the field and ensuring a professional client experience from first contact through to closing.

Core Responsibilities
• Actively source and secure new business opportunities
• Conduct client visits and present tailored product/service solutions
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
• Provide feedback from clients to support continuous improvement

Minimum Requirements
• Code 8 driver’s license (essential)
• Reliable personal vehicle (essential)
• Own laptop (essential)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, confident, and persuasive approach
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Sales or customer-facing experience (advantageous)

Working Conditions
• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
• Field-based and office-based responsibilities

Compensation Package
• Basic salary
• Travel support (fuel, tolls, and car allowance)
• Uncapped commission structure
• Salary Range: R5,300 – R20,000+ per month
