- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Gather and communicate client feedback to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to existing clients.
- Assist the sales team in onboarding new clients and facilitating a seamless transition.
- Monitor client accounts, track key performance indicators, and ensure customer retention and growth.
