Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and driven individual who thrives on challenges and takes initiative. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about building strong client relationships while delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery.
• Communicate client feedback and requirements to relevant internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
• Assist the sales team with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition.
• Monitor client accounts and track performance to support retention and growth.
• Resolve any issues or concerns that arise during client engagements.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a client liaison or client-facing role.
• Proven experience working with clients in a professional environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to problem-solve and perform well under pressure.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Adaptable and flexible to meet varying client needs.
• Basic understanding of sales principles is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (essential).

Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
