Job Description:

About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Booking Clerk to join our team. In this role, you'll contact potential clients, introduce them to our products and services, and arrange appointments for our Sales Specialists.
You won't be expected to sell our products—your main goal is to build interest and schedule appointments.

No previous experience is required. We provide full training, so all you need is a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Salary: R5,300 – R7,000 per month

Responsibilities
• Contact potential clients by phone
• Introduce clients to our products and services
• Schedule appointments for the Sales team
• Maintain accurate customer and booking records
• Follow up with potential clients when required
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Meet daily and weekly booking targets

Requirements
• No previous experience required
• Full training provided
• Confident speaking to people over the phone
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Well organised and reliable
• Must reside in the East Rand
• Must have reliable transport to and from work
