Responsibilities:
• Contact potential clients via telephone to introduce our services and schedule appointments for our sales team.
• Coordinate appointments and meetings between clients and sales representatives.
• Communicate effectively with clients to confirm availability and provide appointment details.
• Manage calendars and scheduling systems to ensure efficient booking and minimize scheduling conflicts.
• Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and maintain engagement.
• Capture and update client information accurately in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication regarding bookings and client interactions.
