Job Description:

Are you organised, people-oriented, and confident on the phone?
We’re looking for a friendly and professional Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.


What you’ll do:

Communicate daily with clients and candidates (mainly over the phone and email).
Assist with scheduling, data capturing, and maintaining accurate records.
Handle incoming calls and follow up on enquiries.
Work closely with our internal team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Provide excellent service and build positive relationships with people.


What we’re looking for:

Well-spoken and professional communication skills.
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans (essential).
Confident, friendly, and comfortable dealing with people.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office or similar).
