Requirements: • Certified hairdresser • Min. 2 years’ stylist experience • Proven experience with colouring, highlighting, balayage and Brazilian blowouts • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills • Strong attention to detail • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Creative flair and trend awareness • Able to work flexible hours (including evenings and week-ends) Duties: • Consult with clients to understand and fulfil their needs • Provide expert haircare advice • Perform services such as highlights, colour treatments, balayage, Brazilian blowouts, and more • Create personalised hair designs that enhance natural features • Maintain a clean, organised and sanitised work • Mentor junior stylists • Partake in ongoing training and development programs Working Hours: (Bonus) • Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 18:00 • Saturday: 08:00 - 15:00 • Sunday: 08:00 - 13:00 Salary: (Benefit) • Negotiable
