Job Description:

Supervise, manage and control all production processes ensuring efficiency
and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working
environment.
Ensure continuous housekeeping of plant.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of your team.
Maintain accurate records and reports on production activities.
Willing to work day and night shifts. 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

Matric (NQF5)
Proven experience in a supervisor or similar role.
Technical experience and advantage.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
