Job Description:

To generate sales and drive business growth within the geosynthetics industry through proactive client engagement, project identification, technical solution selling, and relationship management. The Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, engineers, consultants, distributors, and project stakeholders to position the company as a preferred supplier

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Growth (Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities in civil engineering, construction, mining, landfill, environmental, and infrastructure sectors. Manage sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and close deals efficiently) Client Relationship Management (Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and new clients. Conduct regular client visits, engagement, and follow-ups.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention)
, Market & Project Development (Identify upcoming projects requiring geosynthetics and secure specification and approval. Track and document projects from tender phase to award. Monitor market trends and competitor)Technical Product Knowledge & Support, Quotation & Proposal Preparation, Reporting & Administration, Decision-Making Authority.
Qualifications: Matric qualification, Computer literate. Experience: Proven sales track record in the industry market segment
