Job Description:

The company is looking for an Estate Site Manager with extensive experience within the Security Environment

The following criteria will be our basis for selection:
- Must have completed matric and completed a Tertiary Qualification
- Should have atleast 5 years experience in this management level within the Security Industry
- Must have at least 2 year' Residential Estate experience
-Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written communication).
-Must have excellent report-writing skills.
-Must have strong client liaison skills.
-Must have good leadership skills (workplace and operational discipline).
-Must have strong interpersonal skills.
-Must be able to work under pressure.
-Must have basic IR knowledge.
-Must be able to work flexible hours.
-Able to implement company procedures and best practices.
-Own transport and a valid driver’s license.
