Job Description:

Simply Iconic is looking for a hands-on Print Production Manager to run daily production operations and ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end production process, including print, cut, laminate, finishing, and production design. You will ensure accurate colour output and quality control, while coordinating closely with design and production teams.

Responsibilities also include stock control, equipment maintenance, distribution, job tracking, and team coordination, as well as fleet audit measures and template creation. This is a floor-based role requiring active involvement and real-time problem solving.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-driven individual who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Occasional site inspections and fleet audits may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advanced proficiency in CorelDRAW (design, layout, and production setup)
- Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) – basic to advanced
- Advanced experience with VersaWorks (RIP software, colour management, print queues)
- Advanced use of CutStudio (cutting workflows and file preparation)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (tracking, reporting, and stock management)
