Job Description:

iLite is looking for a Support Agent to join our team in Table View, Cape Town. We are looking for someone who is organised, customer-focused, and experienced in handling client support through a structured helpdesk environment.

In this role, you will manage support tickets, assist clients with common issues, provide clear written updates, troubleshoot first-line queries, and escalate more complex matters with accurate supporting information. You will also be responsible for keeping ticket records up to date and following internal support processes.

Minimum requirements:
Proven helpdesk or ticket-based support experience
Strong written communication skills
Excellent admin, organisation, and follow-up ability
Ability to prioritise and remain calm under pressure
Previous support experience is essential
Contactable references
Must live in the area or have own reliable transport

Advantageous:
Experience with systems such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira Service Management, or ServiceNow
Exposure to Moodle, LMS, or eLearning support
Basic browser, device, and web troubleshooting skills

Remuneration:
Remuneration is based on experience.
