2IC Manager

We are seeking a highly capable and driven 2IC Manager to support the overall management of our manufacturing operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day production, maintaining high-quality standards, and stepping into a leadership position in the absence of the Factory Manager. Key Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and productivity Supervise production teams and provide leadership, coaching, and performance management Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet targets Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs Collaborate with maintenance, logistics, and quality departments Step into the lead management role when required Requirements Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment Previous supervisory or leadership experience Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operational workflows Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Relevant qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred) Key Competencies Leadership and team development Attention to detail and quality focus Strong organizational and planning skills Adaptability and resilience Results-driven mindset
