Job Description:

We're looking for a motivated and technically minded field Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a young professional eager to take on challenges, develop hands-on skills, and be part of a dynamic, service-focused environment. You'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing commercial kitchen equipment while delivering top-tier customer service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

Observe and test the operation of equipment to identify malfunctions using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters and other testing devices.
Minimum 3 years of workshop/technical repair experience.
Experience with assembly, quoting on parts, and installations is beneficial.
Deliver excellent customer service by strictly adhering to procedures and quality standards.
Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and submitted prior to commencing any repair work.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 + NTC 3.
Minimum 3 years of workshop/technical repair experience.
Experience with assembly, quoting on parts, and installations is beneficial.
Excellent English communication skills (read, write, speak).
Strong problem-solving ability and customer relationship skills
Team player with a proactive attitude.
PC literate (Word, Excel, Outlook).
