Job Description:

As a Business Analyst in the company, you will be a dynamic contributor to the process and system design, focusing on creating an optimal user experience and streamlined workflows. This role involves documenting a business specification, creating detailed development documents and user stories for IT development in a proprietary system, using mobile interactions, web interfaces, dashboard layouts, and database components, and collecting and understanding internal and external user requirements.
The Business Analyst will collaborate with the Business and the IT Development team to develop work breakdown structures and ensure the quality of deliverables through guided questions and test cases. Additionally, the role involves implementing internal and external projects and initiatives, including project management and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

PROPOSAL MANAGEMENT
Design and/or review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations related to proposed solutions.
Review solution definitions submitted by business development.
Develop and propose final solutions to management.
Prepare draft solution costing for sign-off.
Manage internal understanding and interpretation of proposed processes or process changes.
New Systems Requirements / Project Specific:
Conduct customer visits and requirements gathering (workshops/demos).
Define and document customer-specific system/reporting requirements into a specification format and raise RFS for development by IT.
Define testing requirements and assist in testing, ensuring proper monitoring.
Produce high-quality specification documents.
Investigate ad hoc queries, assist in data interpretation, and present results.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Register internal/external projects.
Document Project Charter.
Draft schedules.
Arrange and run kic
