Job Description:

Act as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries.
Coordinate and schedule service appointments with clients and Service Manager/Branch Managers
Ensure all service requests are logged, tracked, and completed in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate service records and reports for SLA clients Assist in managing service contracts and ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
Provide administrative support to the service team, including preparing quotes and processing invoice packs, cost control
Service Level Agreements Management including technician schedules, contractual agreements, quality control & service schedules
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolutions.
Subcontractor Management including Smallworks scheduling & Subcontractor PO’s
General Administration

Key Responsibilities:

Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is desirable.
Strong organizational and time-management skills. Self driven.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Microsoft Outlook Excel, Word & PowerPoint proficiency compulsory
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively and work under .
A positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Strong, quick problem-solving mentality required
Own Transport and valid driver's license, required
