Graphic Design

Core Tasks and Responsibilities

-Create and design artwork based on customer instructions and briefs.
-Demonstrate strong proficiency in the following design applications:
*Corel Graphics Suite
*Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
*Enfocus InstantPDF (for certified PDFs and preflight reports)
-Work effectively across both PC and Mac environments.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company services to effectively advise, brief, and liaise with clients.
-Ensure a professional and specialized service experience for all customers.
-Handle all customer interactions with care, patience, and professionalism.
-Provide creative design and layout solutions tailored to customer needs.
-Implement and manage deadline-driven production schedules.
-Accurately maintain timesheets and track chargeable design time.
-Follow and uphold prescribed graphic design workflows and procedures.
-Manage digital graphics to ensure print accuracy and quality.

Experience Required

-2–3 years of experience in graphic design.
-Exposure to design-related work such as advertising, marketing, publishing, printing, or typography.
-Experience in the Quick Print / Digital Products and Services retail industry is advantageous.
-Strong graphic design skills with good content layout ability.
-Knowledge of multiple operating systems (PC & Mac).
-Basic understanding of the commercial printing industry is beneficial.
