Job Summary:
Intelifin Business Solutions is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Insurance Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of insurance & finance operations, including handling internal requests for insurance quotes, preparing finance application packs, claims, retentions, amendments, renewals, upselling, broker support, and client service. This role suits someone who is highly organised, service-driven, and confident in handling queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process insurance claims efficiently and accurately
• Handle insurance policy amendments, quote requests, renewals, and retentions
• Provide administrative support across insurance and finance operations
• Deliver excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships
• Handle and resolve client queries and complaints within agreed service standards
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department or management when required
• Identify opportunities for insurance & finance upselling and cross-selling
• Support brokers with administrative, operational, and service-related requirements
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and follow-up actions
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry standards
