Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our growing team at Harriet Travel Agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with travel planning, flight reservations, accommodation bookings, holiday packages, and related travel services.

The role requires strong sales ability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets. The Travel Consultant will handle enquiries, prepare quotations, issue tickets, manage amendments, and ensure a seamless travel experience for clients from inquiry to completion of travel.

The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable about domestic and international travel, airline fare rules, and travel documentation requirements. Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus will be an added advantage.

This position requires a proactive individual who can generate new business, maintain client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
