Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a high-caliber Technical Sales Representative to join the CNC-PME team. We need a 'hunter' who doesn't just sell machines, but provides manufacturing solutions. If you have a proven track record in industrial sales and the technical aptitude to master our range of Fibre Lasers, CNC Routers, and Plasma Cutters, we want to help you take the next step in your career.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of technical sales experience, preferably within the machine tool, engineering, or industrial manufacturing sectors.

Product Knowledge: A solid understanding of (or the ability to quickly learn) CNC technology, including Laser Cutting (Fibre & CO2), Plasma Cutting, and CNC Routing.

Market Savvy: Ability to identify and engage with key decision-makers in the woodworking, signage, metal fabrication, and engineering industries.

Technical Communication: Well-spoken and confident in conducting professional product demonstrations and explaining technical specifications to engineers and business owners.

Mobility: A valid Driver's License and your own reliable transport are essential for visiting client sites and industrial hubs.

Software Literacy: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software (e.g., Rhino, AutoCAD) is a major advantage for discussing design-to-production workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Consultative Selling: Identify client needs and recommend the correct CNC machinery, from desktop CO2 lasers to high-power industrial Fibre systems.

Lead Generation: Proactively hunt for new business opportunities and follow up on inbound leads through the CRM.

Technical Demonstrations: Show off the speed, precision, and efficiency of our machines during live demos and showroom visits.

Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor, providing after-sales support and building long-term partnerships with our clients.

Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity logs to ensure transparency and target alignment.
