Job Description:

Clinical Care & Assessments: Conduct thorough physical, mental, and social assessments, develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans.
Medication Management: Administer, monitor, and manage medications, treatments, and therapies, ensuring safe practices.
Complex Care: Deliver wound care, pain management, and palliative/end-of-life care.
Supervision & Leadership: Lead and mentor Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistant in Nursing (AIN) staff, delegate tasks, and ensure compliance with care standards.
Communication & Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic health systems. Act as a liaison between residents, families, and doctors.
Safety & Compliance: Actively participate in occupational health and safety, including infection control, hazard management, and incident reporting.
