MECHANICAL DRAUGHTSMAN

Videx Mining Products is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Draughtsman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate mechanical drawings and layouts in accordance with engineering standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed mechanical drawings, layouts, and schematics
• Convert engineering concepts and designs into accurate technical drawings
• Update and revise existing drawings as required
• Ensure drawings comply with relevant standards and specifications
• Maintain drawing registers and document control
• Liaise with engineers, production, and project teams
• Assist with as-built drawings and technical documentation
• Product Development

Minimum Requirements:
• Relevant qualification in Mechanical Draughting or Engineering Drawing
• Minimum of 10 years’ draughting experience
• Proficiency in Inventor CAD
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills
