Job Description:

The Welcome Centre Receptionist plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience for members, guests, and visitors. This role is responsible for managing arrivals, check-ins, bookings, fines, and providing general administrative support. The incumbent will uphold high standards of customer service and maintain smooth front-office operations during weekdays, weekends, public holidays, and after-hours as required.
Switchboard support: answer calls, take messages, and relay information to staff.
Relieve the main receptionist during lunch hours.
Support general administration as required, e.g., post box rentals, golf cart registrations, credit card facilities/receipt book management, and handover to the finance department.
Conduct monthly stock checks of RH cards.
Booking administration support: assist with email bookings, confirm bookings with members/agents, and ensure accurate processing and communication to relevant managers.
Facilitate acceptance and dissemination of deliveries for staff (documentation, parcels). Able to work shifts.
