Job Description:

Our client is looking for an experienced and driven individual looking for a rewarding career opportunity as a Junior Portfolio Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter and able to work diligently without supervision. The role requires someone proactive, eager to embrace challenges, and work well under pressure. The ideal candidate must be reliable, have strong ethics, and work well as part of a team or on their own.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in portfolio management or a related field.
Matric or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
Certificate in Sectional Title Management.
Working knowledge of We Connect U and other portfolio management software.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with client objectives. Ensure buildings are compliant in terms of their legal requirements.
Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any queries or concerns timeously.
Meeting Attendance: Attend Trustee/ Directors' meetings, AGM, and other regulatory meetings.
Budget Planning: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, and adherence to financial targets.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on portfolio performance, market trends, and financial forecasts.
