Job Description:

JOB OPPORTUNITY: MAINTENANCE LEAD (FIXED-TERM CONTRACT)

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Lead for a fixed-term contract position.

Location:
� 3 Hendrik Potgieter Street, Eastleigh, Edenvale

Requirements:

Approximately 7 years’ experience in a maintenance or similar role

Strong background in general plumbing, painting, tiling, and electrical knowledge

Proven skills in metal and wood working

Gardening skills and grounds maintenance will be a strong advantage

Previous experience managing a small to medium-sized team will be beneficial

Must be able to communicate confidently in English (verbal and written)

Upselling capability and client-facing confidence

Additional Requirements:
