Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and professional individual to join our team as an Estate Administration Officer. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient management and smooth operation of the estate’s administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative duties and office operations.

Maintain accurate records, correspondence, and reports.

Liaise professionally with residents, contractors, service providers, and the Board of Directors.

Assist in implementing estate policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Support financial administration, including record-keeping and reporting.


Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven administrative or estate/community management experience.

An experienced, professional, and responsible approach to work.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
