Telesales Representative:

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a professional manner
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and drive sales
• Promote and explain products and services clearly to potential customers
• Guide customers through the sales process and close transactions effectively
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets and business objectives
• Deliver exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships

Minimum Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• No prior experience required; full training will be provided
• Customer-focused with a passion for sales and service excellence
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not essential
