Personal Assistant

We’re looking for a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to support the manager with daily administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, willing to learn, and able to handle different tasks in a busy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
• Manage emails, correspondence, and general administrative tasks.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and the manager's diary.
• Prepare and maintain basic reports, documents, and spreadsheets.
• Assist with general office administration and day-to-day operational tasks.
• Support the manager with occasional personal errands when required.
• Provide support with purchase orders (POs) and other administrative processes (training provided).
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Requirements:
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn office software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.


Salary:
R6,000 – R14,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
