Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and webchat
• Assist customers in understanding products and guide them through the purchasing process
• Generate leads through proactive outbound calling and follow-up on marketing campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships

Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• No prior experience required — entry-level candidates welcome
• Customer-focused with a passion for providing excellent service
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not essential
