Customer Engagement Executive

We are looking for a driven, professional and relationship-focused Customer Engagement Executive to join our team in Boksburg.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring clients receive exceptional service, feel valued and have a positive experience with our company.
This is a relationship and client-focused role for someone who enjoys working with people, understands customer needs and takes pride in providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Act as the main point of contact, ensuring clients feel supported, valued and well looked after.
• Understand each client's business, needs and objectives.
• Proactively engage with clients regularly rather than waiting for them to make contact.
• Build client loyalty and retain existing accounts by providing excellent service and resolving issues efficiently.
• Identify potential client concerns or cancellation risks and take proactive action to address them.
• Ensure clients are aware of relevant products and services that may benefit their business.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Development and Support teams to ensure clients receive the right solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including client interactions, follow-ups and client requirements.
• Follow up with clients to ensure outstanding queries and requests are resolved.
• Meet client retention, service and performance KPIs.
