We are looking for a confident, motivated, and people-oriented Client Liaison to join our growing team. You will play a key role in maintaining positive client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through professional communication and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and expectations.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and excellent customer experiences.
• Communicate client feedback, concerns, and requirements effectively to relevant team members.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or recommend additional products and services to existing clients.
• Assist the sales team with onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless transition process.
• Monitor client accounts and performance to support client retention and business growth.
• Resolve challenges and conflicts quickly while maintaining professionalism and positive client relationships.

Requirements:
• Previous client liaison or client-facing experience preferred (minimum 1 year advantageous).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Adaptable, flexible, and capable of managing varying client needs.
• Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices will be advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport are essential.

Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 – 17:00

Salary:
• R6,000 – R14,000 per month
