Job Description:

Call Liaison – Benoni

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic call liaison who is eager to learn, develop, and grow within our organization. This role provides hands-on experience in sales while working closely with experienced professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and web chat
• Help customers understand our products and guide them through the purchasing process
• Generate new leads through proactive outbound calls and follow-ups on marketing campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
• Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Deliver outstanding customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused with a passion for providing excellent service
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory
