Administrative Assistant:

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain company calendars.
• Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
• Process general office requests and respond to enquiries promptly.
• Order and monitor office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
• Perform additional administrative duties as required.

Requirements:
• Previous administrative experience is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Own reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license
