Key Responsibilities:
• Be the first point of contact for incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and webchat.
• Assist customers by recommending the best products and guiding them through the purchasing process.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound calling and follow-ups on marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
• Accurately capture customer interactions and sales activities on the CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and sales techniques to maximize performance.

Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
