Personal Assistant (PA)
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Personal Assistant to provide dedicated administrative and secretarial support to a manager. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while supporting both professional and personal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
• Handle requests and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Manage the manager’s diary, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and other documentation.
• Assist the manager with personal tasks when needed (e.g., errands, administrative support).
• Support recruitment activities for the manager’s department when required.
• Assist with purchase orders and other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant is advantageous but not essential.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong English communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Valid Code 8 driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00

Salary:
R6,000 – R14,000 (depending on experience)
