Office Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This critical role will provide essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
- Arrange and manage meetings and appointments.
- Maintain well-organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Respond to requests and inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and reorder when necessary.
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks as required.

Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- No prior experience necessary; we are happy to provide training for the right candidate.
