Key Accounts Manager

We are looking for a driven, professional and relationship-focused Key Accounts Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, retaining and growing strategic client relationships, ensuring our key clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
• Understand clients’ businesses, needs and objectives
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and grow existing accounts
• Conduct regular client check-ins and account reviews
• Build strong, long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Handle client queries, concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Work closely with internal sales, marketing, development and support teams
• Maintain accurate and detailed CRM notes and account records
• Meet and exceed account retention, growth, sales and revenue targets

Requirements:
• Previous sales experience is essential
• Previous customer service experience is essential
• Previous Key Account Management or Account Management experience will be advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional when dealing with clients and decision-makers
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• A sales-driven and target-focused mindset
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to identify opportunities and turn relationships into revenue
• Valid driver’s license is essential
• Own reliable vehicle is essential
• Comfortable travelling to meet clients
• Experience in digital, marketing, website or technology services would be beneficial
