Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Debt Collector to join our finance team at HeyOnline . As a Debt Collector, you will be responsible for contacting clients and customers who have outstanding debts to facilitate full payment. Your role will involve negotiating payment plans, maintaining accurate records of communications, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Debt Collector or similar role.
• Knowledge of debt collection practices and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with CRM software and financial systems.


Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiating repayment plans and settlements to ensure full debt recovery.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all collections activities.

• Adhering to all legal requirements and company policies when pursuing debt collection activities
